Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReplyLikeMe.

ReplyLikeMe is operated by Replylikeme Ltd ("we", "us", "our").

ReplyLikeMe is an AI-powered tool that helps users manage and respond to Instagram comments and direct messages in their personal brand voice.

For Instagram direct messages, ReplyLikeMe may help users organize and prioritize conversations, identify messages that may need attention, and generate suggested replies based on conversation context and the user's preferences and brand voice.

The service provides suggested replies only. Users must review and approve all content before it is posted or sent. ReplyLikeMe does not automatically send AI-generated replies on a user's behalf.

2. Beta Product Disclaimer

ReplyLikeMe is currently provided as a beta product.

Features may change, be incomplete, or contain errors. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including availability, accuracy, or reliability.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content created, edited, posted, or sent using ReplyLikeMe, including AI-generated replies that you choose to use.

You agree not to use the service to create, publish, or send content that is:
- unlawful
- harmful or abusive
- defamatory or misleading
- in violation of any third-party rights or platform policies

You are responsible for ensuring that all content complies with applicable laws and the terms of any platform you use (including Instagram).

When connecting an Instagram account to ReplyLikeMe, you confirm that you are authorized to connect and manage that account and to allow ReplyLikeMe to process comments, messages, and conversations received by that account as necessary to provide the service.

4. AI-Generated Content

ReplyLikeMe uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested responses and provide certain features of the service.

AI-generated outputs:
- may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
- may not reflect your intent
- should be reviewed before use

You must review all generated content before choosing to publish or send it. ReplyLikeMe does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any generated responses.

5. Third-Party Platforms

ReplyLikeMe integrates with third-party platforms such as Instagram.

Replylikeme Ltd is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.

Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies.

Your use of Instagram features through ReplyLikeMe, including comments and direct messaging features, remains subject to Instagram's and Meta's applicable terms, policies, and platform rules.

Replylikeme Ltd is not responsible for:
- actions taken by third-party platforms
- account restrictions, suspensions, or bans
- changes to third-party APIs or functionality

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replylikeme Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

- loss of profits
- loss of revenue
- loss of data
- loss of business opportunities
- reputational damage

arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the service.

7. No Warranty

The service is provided without warranties of any kind.

- the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- the results generated will be accurate or effective
