- Actions taken, such as generating, editing, posting, sending, skipping, or dismissing replies

To improve, maintain, and secure our product, including enhancing AI-generated responses and preventing abuse

- Categorize and prioritize direct message conversations to help identify messages that may need attention
- Generate AI-powered reply suggestions
- Personalise outputs to match your brand voice and communication style
- Build and refine your DM Voice using messages you have sent and limited conversation context
- Use available conversation history to provide relevant context for suggested replies
- Suggest lead and partnership interests based on your Brand Brain and, where available, relevant message history
- Improve system performance, quality, and relevance of replies
- Maintain security, monitor usage, and prevent abuse

We may also use interaction data, such as selected or edited replies, to improve future suggestions within your account.

ReplyLikeMe does not guarantee that automated categories, prioritisation, or suggestions will always be accurate.

4. Third-Party Services (Processors)

We use trusted third-party service providers to operate ReplyLikeMe, including providers that support:
- Authentication, database hosting, and storage
- AI processing and response generation
- Hosting and infrastructure
- Instagram and Meta platform integration

These providers may process personal data only as necessary to provide their services to us and support the operation of ReplyLikeMe.

Where we use AI service providers, relevant content and context may be processed by those providers to deliver features such as reply generation, communication-style analysis, and other AI-assisted features.

5. AI Processing

Content such as comments, direct messages, conversation context, post and media context (including captions, transcripts, and information derived from images or videos), brand voice information, DM Voice information, and other relevant information you provide may be processed by AI systems to provide ReplyLikeMe's AI-assisted features.

These features may include generating suggested responses, analysing communication style, suggesting lead or partnership interests, and matching incoming messages against your preferences.

AI-generated outputs:
- may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
- should be reviewed by the user before use

ReplyLikeMe does not automatically post comments or send AI-generated direct message replies without user approval. You review and approve content before it is posted or sent.

6. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
- Other legally approved transfer mechanisms

When you disconnect an Instagram account from ReplyLikeMe, we stop using that connection to access new Instagram data and remove or disable the associated access credentials as applicable. Disconnecting Instagram does not automatically delete information that has already been stored in your ReplyLikeMe account, including previously imported comments or direct message history.

If you delete your ReplyLikeMe account or submit a valid data deletion request, we will delete personal data associated with your account in accordance with our deletion process, including stored Instagram data, subject to any information we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data
- Restrict or object to processing
